The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Everything! The rooms, grounds, facilities and staff were all absolutely delightful. The hotel is smaller and more secluded than many of the resorts in Wailea but offers a free shuttle to town and great beach activities. The restaurant serves food to die for, with friendly staff, and the BBC cocktail from the pool bar is delicious! -

Location of the Hotel at a sandy beach where you can snorkel was a great plus for us. The room had a good layout with a very comfortable sized balcony with nice table and chairs to relax and or have breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean with all amenities. Absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests. The check in, bellboy introduction and resort services all made the fairmont an experience to remember. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything around the grounds were immaculate. The rooms are huge,clean and very well appointed. It definitely felt like paradise. Restaurants were great. Service at Ko was exceptional. There were so many loungers and plenty of grounds and pool space that you never felt crowded anywhere.

It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

Loved the adult infinity pool and that our room was a few feet away. We had an awesome oceanfront room that was very close to the pool. The pool side staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Front desk was freindly and helpful. Maid service was good too. -

The property is gorgeous! The grounds are spectacular with 7 pools, access to the beach, shops close by, and a decent restaurant on site.
The room was immaculate (I am very picky about cleanliness and use this term sparingly) and very comfortable. I paid rack rate for a one-night's stay, but feel it was worth the price. I wish my stay were longer!
