We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

The view was beautiful from the balcony/deck. Location was very good, and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Condo, grounds, and pool area were very clean. All the staff super nice. All the birds singing from the trees every morning was beautiful to hear. All the locals, no matter where we went were so friendly!

The Napili Surf was excellent in every aspect of our stay. They go out of their way to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. It felt very homey yet is right on a great little beach with excellent snorkeling and enough waves for the young (and a few older) boogie-boaders. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept and the staff were immediately responsive to any request that we had. Location of the Hotel at a sandy beach where you can snorkel was a great plus for us. The room had a good layout with a very comfortable sized balcony with nice table and chairs to relax and or have breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean with all amenities. Absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests. The check in, bellboy introduction and resort services all made the fairmont an experience to remember. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything around the grounds were immaculate. The rooms are huge,clean and very well appointed. It definitely felt like paradise. Restaurants were great. Service at Ko was exceptional. There were so many loungers and plenty of grounds and pool space that you never felt crowded anywhere.
