Unit was well equiped with both kitchen items and beach chairs, etc. The view was great. Loved the pools, beach access and lounge chairs. The unit was large, decorated nicely and had a great lanai. The property was located perfectly in Wailea. Had a wonderful week there. -

The view was beautiful from the balcony/deck. Location was very good, and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. Condo, grounds, and pool area were very clean. All the staff super nice. All the birds singing from the trees every morning was beautiful to hear. All the locals, no matter where we went were so friendly!

The staff and guests just seemed so much more pleasant and approachable than other resorts we visited in the area. The location, beach and quiet were ideal for us. We visited the Four Seasons, Andaz and Grand Wailea and just felt more "at home" at the Makena. Less pretentious, less "busy", more relaxing, quieter. -
