I and my husband needed a little getaway and time off from our two kids. After browsing for the best deal we embarked upon Beaconlight Guesthouse. I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins. We enjoyed our time at Snug Cottage. Beautiful breakfast, nice touches to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Great location, easy to drive to and then you really don't need your car again. Would definately come back. Just what we were looking for in Provincetown.

Staff - You could tell that everyone on the staff was really trying to please. Even during the Boston terrorism, they were still upbeat and friendly. Even cleaning staff and other non-front desk staff really tried to be polite and friendly.

This place was amazing!!! Denise and Steve were the best hosts that we have encountered in a long time, very friendly, outgoing. Our stay was the best only not long enough!

Went wrong time of year for the price. (Thought was a little high for value received) The rooms were dated but clean. The staff was excellent. Would stay again - but in off season. -
