  Very friendly staff. My husband threw out his back, the mattress was too soft for him and he was not well upon waking up after our first night. Front desk offered to chage us to another room or place a board under the bed, which helped somewhat. I felt almost at home even though we only stayed one night, as we had an affair to attend and headed back to VT the next day. - The rooms were very comfortable. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. The breakfast is very good. Great choice for anyone visiting Boston but wanting to stay outside of the city.
