The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30. They didn't have to do that but they did. -

Breakfast- lots of options and variety..... was very surprised.
Pool- Big pool and it was indoors, i liked it because of how many hrs it was open.
Rooms- MASSIVE!!! Clean and comfortable at a price i felt was very reasonable.
Overall- very good hotel will recommend for any fellow family travelers

This is my second stay at this hostel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in a great location (about 10 min walk from Willis Tower and 3 min walk from a CTA blue line station).

We travelled across country and stayed in many places. This was very nice, but the negatives were inconvenient at best. -
