The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. The girls were up-beat and made me believe they enjoyed being there (even if they really didn't). I will be back to Jekyll for the 100th time, soon, and WILL stay at your facility. The view was incredible, I think they are the best on the island. The food in the restaurant was gourmet quality and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Even though we didn't bring pets we loved how pet friendly it is. Very clean considering the age of the place. Beach access was simple and easy. We loved it.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. I had specific requests for housekeeping and they went above and beyond. The room was extremely comfortable and much bigger and accommodating than I expected.
