The place was very beautiful and so convenient to River Street. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was delicious. The lady making waffles and omelets was delightful! The housekeeping staff was pleasant and the bellhops were awesome! I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Savannah.

Check-in and check-out was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. As we were attending a wedding, the full-length mirror was nice, as was the ironing board and iron (pretty much standard nowadays in hotels, though).
I liked having access to various hot teas at anytime I wanted them. Usually, only coffee drinkers are so nicely accommodated.
Housekeeping was available but not buggy.
