  Location is great for sight seeing. We were able to walk to everything and Metro is half block away if needed. Staff was very friendly and had nice recommendations for places to eat. The bed was very comfortable. Black out curtains were great! We had a corner room and were still able to sleep late thanks to darkness. Also within walking distance to Chinatown and restaurants. Very central and accessible because of subway below. Good breakfast. appreciated the fact it had free laundry room use - very important as we were on the road for a month.

  This was a work related trip so I did not get to do much in DC Area. I did like this Boutique Hotel, Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good Restraurants within walking distance - We were pleased to be so convenient to GWU Hospital while our brother-in-law underwent surgery for cancer and to find the hotel more than satisfactory.

  The location was right where you would want to be to visit all of Washington DC's monuments/museums, etc. We were able to walk to everything between the Capitol and the Lincoln Monument. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy.
