  The hotel was very nice. Large rooms. We didn't hear a lot of noise like door slamming or stomping. The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time. The hotel itself looked beautiful and was always tidy. It is located not to far from mystic aquarium, mystic seaport, and shopping outlets/malls; all a quick drive away. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.
