  The staff was fabulous and extremely accomodating. Whatever we wanted or needed they made sure we had it with a freindly smile. Kudos to John the evening manager, he was wonderful as was the woman who was incharge of breakfast. Makes the bedroom area a bit smaller, but the plus is there's lots of space for luggage. The bar in the lobby has a simple evening bar menu.   This was the first time my wife and I had stayed at Simmons Suites, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Easy to get to off of Exit 88, it was clean, somewhat upscale for the price we paid for the room, and it was a very good overall experience. The breakfast was good and included hot fresh foods. I can't think of anything we didn't like about it, and we'd definitely stay there again. - I thought it was a great suite!!! We loved the location, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the fantastic continental breakfast, and the service!!! Thank you for everything. This time we had our grandchildren with us and it was nice they could swim inside when it was raining outside. - We liked the indoor pool.   Upon arrival the hotel was beautiful. It felt romantic and the atmosphere was friendly. The staff was a+, especially Veronica & Brenda. All of our needs were met and more.   I love old historic places and this hotel is a registered historical hotel in Little Rock. It is still very antique and I lived that. Also other complaints about the ac being loud didn't bother us. The room was old on a hot weekend and when in our room we didn't hear any other hotel noises.
