The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Portsmouth. You can walk to most downtown restaurants and shopping. It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

Great hotel in the middle of town. If you are looking to park your car for your stay and walk around a wonderful town, this is it. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and they were very talkative. They were more than willing to print off directions to any place we wanted to go. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. Parking was free and ample spaces. -
