Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad
reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel.
The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we
not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels

It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

For the price, this is a great place to stay in Pigeon Forge. We had the
King Suite with the Jacuzzi tub and we really enjoyed it. After walking
around Dollywood all day, the Jacuzzi was a great way to wind down and
relax in the evening. We also really enjoyed the private balcony
overlooking the river. The bed was also very comfortable to be a hotel
bed. For the price as well as the location, this is a great place to
stay. We will most likely try to stay here again next time we visit

My husband and I are local and wanted a night to ourselves. This was perfect!!! The staff was awesome and the hotel was very clean. When we checked out I realized I had forgotten my wedding band. I was on my way to work and could not turn around to get it. I called and the morning staff was very helpful. They found my ring and placed it at the front desk for myself or my husband to pick up. Very affordable!! Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Really liked the location, its right in the middle of the "strip". There are other reviews that talked about a few negative things but for the money, looks, and comfort I could overlook some things. I would definitely go back.

that we liked, it was cheap, compared to other hotels. -

My friends and I really enjoyed the balcony that looked over the river,
though there was an rv park right on the other side. The location was
very close to Dollywood and within walking distance of the main strip,
so we were able to walk home from a Steakhouse one night and enjoy the
atmosphere of the town. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

The staff were really nice. The bed was awesome. My husband has a bad back and usually can't sleep on his back but he could on this bed and slept the best he has in years. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and we really loved it. The stay at this hotel was just wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in every thing we needed to know about the attractions and places and things to see. Will definitely stay here again. We are actually thinking about going back in July and staying at this same hotel.

WE both loved the location of the Inn it was easy to get around from the Inn and the trolly was also near by. The staff was very helpful on what to see and places to go and see esp the young lady on the desk,who spent most of her time there,she always seemed to be on duty.Hats off to her. GREAT JOB
