You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels.   This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! It is very convenient to Tempe (via light rail or car), downtown (same), south Scottsdale and all of central Phoenix. The rooms are very nice, with a good modern feel.   The staff was absolutely customer oriented and amazingly friendly. We haven't come across this kind of hospitality in such a long while. I would absolutely recommend and stay again soon.

  Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed. I loved my stay at this hotel. - It was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was really nice and even though it was late in the day the maid service still stopped by my room to see if I needed anything. Will stay there again

Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection.
