  We had requested a non-smoking room, but could smell smoke in the room that we were checked in to. We spoke to the staff and they moved us immediately to an acceptable room. We also received a great response from the hotel manager regarding an issue that we wanted to discuss with her. - Robin was very helpful and friendly.
