  The locations is superb as it is a 3 minute walk to university avenue where there are superb coffee shops and restaurants and some basic shopping. The staff is friendly. We booked a large room I think it was the junior suite which was spacious. Nice big TV and a coffee maker in the room. Large bathroom.   The area around the hotel is set up in a very wonderful way with the gardens and theme decor. When I first booked I thought it was 107.00 per night and I thought this was the rate. When I saw I paid 197.00 I was stunned. I would never have booked at 197.00 Although nice grounds. The room and service was not worth 197.00 a night. Fire place was lovely. Shower was great. Perfect place to stay with an infant since the main bedroom and the sitting area could be seperated by closing the curtains. We used the pool quite a bit and ate at the poolside restaurant often. The hotel has a real resort feel in some ways.

  This hotel is beautiful & very well run...there wasn't anything they couldn't do for you. You are right out the door to University Ave. for shopping, dining etc. - The location was directly across from my office. The rooms were well appointed and the small balcony overlooking the courtyard reminded me of Paris.
