The hotel was rad, read some bad reviews on it before finally deciding to choose The Curve as the hotel for my getaway. The staff was more than amazing ( my friend and I lost our hotel key more than once, and they did not hesitate to give us a new one). You can rent bikes for free for two hours! The main pool has a bar, cabanas and a hammock! They had a dj on Saturday who was playing some tunes. It is in the perfect location, not to far from downtown. We had a bottom floor room with a lil patio.

Iced water with sliced lemons by the pool. Lovely comfortable loungers by the pool. Complimentary bike rental. The rooms were a good size with comfortable bedding and a. Nice powerful shower. We had lots of luggage and were allocated a room on the first floor. Changing to a ground floor room was absolutely no bother at all to the staff and we . My 21 yr old daughter and I take an annual girls only trip to P.S. While not as luxurious as the places we've stayed in the past The Curve fit our needs. We spend most of our time at the pool or out on the town. The room was adequate but without a lot of bells and whistles. The staff was polite and helpful. It appears the hotel is going through some renovations but we were never disturbed by them. One thing we always appreciate is that bicycles are available without fee. Having a tandem bike was great this time round since our one daughter does not bicycle. We really appreciated the room with its own enclosed patio. Thanks for making the effort to consider our wishes. Your staff took the time to get to know us, made us feel like 'family'. Chris and CJ in particular come to mind. The pool and hottub were great-the lites at nite were pretty- the lounging possibilities around the pool were inviting. The room was spacious and the beds and bedding were comfortable . The free bikes were a nice perk. The location was convenient to downtown and the "countryside" , the oasis and driving to the other desert communities . We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the place seemed very busy, specially around the pool area. We were sure that we were in for a noisy evening. This turned out not to be the case however. We reported difficulty in turning on the shower, but a maintenance guy came round and fixed this within a very short time. The décor was very classy. The staff was friendly and there was a refrigerator in the room. I also requested a first-floor room with a tub online and I got it. I also got a room with convenient parking, which I requested. Third stay ( I stayed when it was Travel Lodge) and was very pleasantly surprised. Really enjoyed the complimentary bikes and the chocolate dipped strawberries plus rasberry drinks at the check-in counter. The location is close to the Palm Spring downtown shopping area. The lobby has been quite modernly renovated as this used to be the Travelodge. Couldn't beat it for the price. I was also pleased with the rooms and loved the shower... staff was very friendly and i ate for breakfast the blueberry belgian waffles(delicious) and they were not expensive. I would definately stay again!. Price was good, loved the deep hot tub! Hot and did't need to stay to long, it was so deep it hit every sore spot on the body! It was cold and rainy at the end of our stay so it was Good.. I liked most every thing about the hotel and room,. The room was perfect size the staff was friendly and very accommodating! The pool was nice and it was clean I think it's beyond great for the price! I must say it was perfect for a quick cheap getaway! The curve exceeded my expectations!. We loved everything, Our room, the use of bikes,we got to going biking every morning we were there. The pool was nice and warm, very clean, and the manger and the reception staff there at the Curve, . awesome!, Really really cool people. Everything. They let us check in early with no extra charge, which was a very nice treat. The staff is the staff ,and pool only thing good ..it's a upscale motel 6 ..look like room was painted by a 5 year old ..than the price booking .com was 40 dollars more ..than u Advertise..said 99 ..charged me 140 dollars. The staff was extremely kind and thoughtful...I Was traveling alone (female) and was concerned about the first room provided to me. They immediately switched me to what felt much safer. I had a great night's sleep. Check-in and check-out was very smooth during my stay, the front desk personnel are well trained, location is good, not in the middle of town though but is near, can take a bicycle ride to town. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities are older but clean and updates have been made. The pool area is awesome. And the room patio/balcony was nice to sit on and relax. I thought the hotel was in a great location. I had to the opportunity to move my room and pay more money and stay next to the pool area. The pool area and hotel room was excellent. There was nothing we didn't like about our Curve hotel stay. We had booked for one night and stayed for five.The staff were kind and helpful and our room was just fine. Oh and the shower, worlds smallest shower that does not drain fast enough, but at least the water was hot!!. The air conditioning in our room wasn't fantastic. The positioning of it meant that one of us got blasted with cold air whilst the other barely got a breeze. We only stayed for 2 nights so didnt mention it but I'm sure if we had the staff would have sorted it as they we very accommodating. My only negative would have to be when we asked for a late checkout we were told we could stay until one pm. Any later and we would be charged a half day rate. I explained we would gladly vacate the room but wanted to continue to use the pool. Even though there were only 3 people at the pool at that time we were politely told no. So we had the pleasure of driving through the desert at the hottest time of the day. No biggie just not a problem at places we've stayed in the past. I did not like the curtains and especially the heavy plastic lite blockers,which I totally dislike! I would prefer heavier sheers behind the curtains so that a bit of lite could come in if desired . It would be great to be able to sit in the pretty pool area on a warm Palm Springs evening later than 10 o'clock!. Room on the small side. I liked it all. No breakfast...... only coffee. Small showering area. The bathroom had two different blue paint on the same wall like it was not finished! Its needs a fan in that small bathroom. I wanted a soda from the mech, it was turned off. Sad.. I really wanted a diet coke!. No alcohol at the hotel :(. The only thing I didn't like is that we couldn't stay longer. I didn't like booking .com lied about the price !!!u guys lied on website about price !!!it was 40 dollars more ..the place was badly painted ..u guys I will never use again ..price wasn't as close a two star let a lone a one ..booking .com is horrible .. The carpet is really in bad shape...(115)...needs an overhaul. Other than that, my towels and my washclothes and the linens on the bed were very clean. Nothing I don't like about this hotel, we will come back again. Would be nice to have a restaurant on site but there are plenty close by. I woke up at 5am and was itching all over my body. When I turned on the light, I saw hair all over the sheets that weren't mine. My skin is sensitive so it made me itch. I went to the front desk at 5:30 am they stated someone will take care of it when housekeeping came in at 9am. Housekeeping didn't arrive in my room until 2:30pm that afternoon. It almost ruined my weekend but I was appreciative to be in Palm Springs and the nice weather. No microwave in rooms or on facility. One minor irritation it was the repetitive music going on into the late evening. They missed my wake-up call. The continental breakfast should have been free as is was down the road where my friends stayed. Bathroom was still like the old Travelodge....no place to put toiletries....very small sink and no counter....a rack was above the toilet but you had to have a dop kit or cosmetic bag to use it.....no place to take things out of a bag and place in bathroom. The beds could have been a little softer and the WiFi connection was intermittent. That we couldn't stay longer :(. Can't complain. The location is tricky to maneuver around, one exit driveway has a bad angle, and the rooms seem slightly limited by the original design of the building by the previous owners. That's not a fault of 'The Curve' however, and they compensate as much as possible. The hotel was quite far from the downtown area, not a walking distance. Would like to have more choices for a decent breakfast. None. Small pool. Would have liked an "adult only" time in the pool/hot tub in the evening. Nothing to fault. Having to ask for towels. There were none in our room. However, the ladies in the kitchen/snack bar were the best. Really enjoyed the conversation with them. Not enough staff. Requests for towels or waits in lines were way too long. Pool not big. Paid for a pool view room and was not even close to said pool. The bed would tip up if you sat on the end! The rooms are loud with lots of banging...like the staff hitting the walls vaccuming? Or construction at 8am?. If you don't have a car (I didn't), it may be a little far from the downtown scene, especially late at night once buses have stopped running. Count on a 30-40 minute walk. the only thing I did not like about it was showers were very small and very uncomfortable. Nothing. Very satisfied. loved everything. Parking lot was confusing, and parking close to the room was difficult. Lack of in-room amenities! Needs microwave and mini-fridge (min.) Coffee (only) was complimentary "Resort Fee" for no known purpose! (no continental brkft./newspaper, etc.). Room had odd musty-like smell. Once we opened the doors to let the air blow through the room the smell wasn't as noticeable. need microwave, toilet and shower to low.
