  Reviewed October 21, 2013 new This was an overnight stay on October 19th. We were very surprised that we were warmly welcomed by Michelle, the front desk clerk who allowed us to check in early. She offered us fresh baked cookies and was very perky, pleasant and friendly.   I have become a regular here due to a personal situation. And over time the staff has come to know me by name are so very helpful and friendly. They really make me feel welcome. - They have always treated me very nice. The air conditioner did not work in my room and they quickly switched me to another room no problem. Great service.
