No surprises here; everything went off as expected. The apartment was very well appointed and the neighborhood was just as pleasant. Definitely would recommend and will try to book again once I’m back in NYC. Modern, contemporary interior with great city view. quite. good location. Customer Service was horrible. Virtually non-existent. They overcharged us and have not returned security deposit and will not respond to our inquiries. Location was not as expected. Services were not as advertised - stove didn't work. Simple amenities like hair dryer, iron etc were not available. Overall, unethical business practices and no way to resolve issues. Would not recommend or stay with Editions Residential again. Buyer beware!!!!.
