  We found the hotel to be ideally located to walk into town without being in the middle of the crowds. (and there is a free shuttle stop nearby to take you downtown as well.)There were numerous great restaurant options close by. We especially enjoyed Miss Shirley's. The hotel staff was excellent. When we arrived, we discovered that we had been upgraded to a suite, instead of our regular room. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were picturesque.
