  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

  Location on the beach but shame there were no King size rooms with a sea view. If you go for the larger room option you lose the view! - Staff very friendly and responsive! Breakfast dining staff and food very good! - The staff were very helpful, specially when I over stayed my booking in error.

  This hotel had a perfect location! Literally 5 minutes from the beach. At the intersection of hwy 501 & 17. So many attractions, beach, myrtle beach boardwalk, and importantly a Great value. No complaints, staff at front desk very friendly, breakfast gave many choices, housekeeping did a great job also. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the food. It made us feel like home. The pool is small but great when you have kids. And location is perfect. We had a 24hrs. Walmart right around.
