This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

inn, when I called them to inform that we have a poodle with us, they
charge us 100$ for 3nights of stay for the pet (glad I cancelled it).

Front desk staff was very friendly and always helpful. The lady making the waffles at breakfast was outstanding, this setup is much better than guest who don't know what they are doing trying to use this equipment.

I liked the layout of the suite. It was not too big and not too small. I liked its compactness. It had everything I expected to have available, an iron, fridge, small stove top and a very comfortable bed. The television service was very good. The wifi was good.

Proximity to the shopping and entertainment venue was excellent. Did not have to leave the property to enjoy the fireworks! Close driving distance to the beach as well. Free breakfast was nice. Everything was great...I would stay again it wasn't to far from the beach...I was there for my stepson wedding and they used the Base Receation Center at Market Commons which was about 10minutes or less away...just will get a larger room next time.. other then that I will stay there again...the reviews wasn't true it's a really nice place... -

I stayed for Bike Week and scored an ocean front room. I booked 3 weeks in advance online and there were no issues. I have read bad reviews of this hotel but I had a positive experience. The room was clean and it was a very enjoyable stay. I returned to my room frequently throughout the day to relax after a ride and was glad I selected this hotel because of the location and the value.

I loved the space of the rooms. The view from the balcony of the ocen.
The pool had plenty of areas for people to enjoy and not feel crowded.
The rooms were immaculate. You never had to wait for an elevator. They
checked us in quickly and without hassle. The walk to the beach from the
pool area was short. The parking was great. I will probably only come
back to this resort in the future visits to Myrtle Beach.
