i like that it was close to the beach with a pool a whole kitchen area and near the whole biker scene for budget friendly motel and even though the price went up for the memorial wknd they was willing to lower the price each day we would had stayed but the price was exceptionally good before that friday. People were very nice Location was very good Room big and spacious with nice kitchen Very lovely little yard and pool Staff excellent! Would stay again!! Great for the money.

Ability to view a selection of rooms before booking. Early availability of room. Location.Our room didnt have a coffe pot and I called and they sent one to us everyone was so nice . balcony on the strip when I asked for it at check in. Quiet, room service was great. I love it. The staff was very nice n respectfull. I like the fact that we were across the street from the beach and the staff was friendly. The have great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. It was located close to the ocean (few blocks down) and it was in walking distance for the shopping on Ocean Blved. Nothing really. This was the worst place I have ever stayed and I won't return . I liked the full kitchen and the closeness to the beach. Location, right on the strip... Convenient. Distance to beach. Location. Nothing. Bathroom needs updated. Tight parking. The rooms are dated. Limited kitchen supplies. No living room. The motel is old and is in need of a major update. Light fixtures and fan in bathroom did not work. The carpet was dirty. The carpet was so dirty after I took a shower I was walking around bare foot and the bottom of my feet were black. The shower head was spraying water everywhere. The housekeepers had used something in the room that had me coughing me head off. The room had a musky smell. Must I say more?????. No hot water really, carpets seems old and dirty, only a/c was a unit in kitchen and the bathroom window shades would NOT shut (which made the restroom vert humid and hot.). Everything other then a decent location nothing was good about this place. Our a/c unit went out and they refused to fix it, I found a dirty sock in our bed(which wasn't ours). I called the front desk and they would not answer the phone, even after many attempts. The maids were rude and didn't clean the room. The free internet had horrible connection and they had three other connections but would not give us the passwords. I would rather pay more money and get better service than stay here again. Saw 2 roaches, one huge one in medicine cabinet. One of the beds in the room were stained, as we're the sheets. Went and bought bug spray, bombed the room and used our own linens. Dirty, loud, smells, room never cleaned, staff not helpful, Will not stay there again, I have two more bookings with letsbookhotel.com, I hope that I am better satisfied. It does need a lot of renovation. Doors, floors, chairs, spot lights, windowns, net windowns, etc...need to be fixed. I do not recommend Sunfun sunrise. Needs exterior and interior paint really bad and some interior updating and over priced for facility'S. Lots of nicer and cheaper rooms on the beach side. Lack of parking. Mold in bathroom. Bed sheets with stains. Loud neighbors. Bed uncomfortable. Entrance door to room old and not letting you feel safe. Do not recommend this motel to anyone.
