the staff were great and the room was really nice, great view of Mt. Shasta. We were traveling to and from so this was just an overnight stop. Very clean and overall nice. The mattress was getting a bit old and could be replaced, but overall nice place. I also liked the write up in Bookings that described this hotel. The content editor really did a great job. The food was good, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean surroundings, improvements noticable, very nice pool, upgraded exercise equipment, price is a little spendy but location is great and we will book with the Tree House next visit.

The people that write up the description do a great job. The breakfast in the mornings was phenomenal and so great for a family. The staff were so friendly and very helpful- the maids made the beds and put our kids' pillows on it in the mornings and my kids ate it up!. The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were clean and roomy. I was most amazed with the restaurant, and the filet that I had for dinner was one of the best that I have ever tasted. Fantastic. We loved the property, with all of the beautiful grounds. The Hotel itself is amazing with the fabulous wood, very clean & new. So relaxing & quiet. The breakfast was great as well as the service. Wonderful hotel. We had our dog with us and were made very welcome. Dining Room was under renovation,but we had a wonderful dinner never the less in another room. The room had a great view of Mount Shasta. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice atmosphere. The person at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast - did not eat dinner. You have a great facility. We were visiting our granddaughter so most of the time we were with her. The room was very clean and comfortable; the location was superb and the restaurant had a great menu and we'll cooked and presented food. The location was key for us since it allowed us to break up a long drive. It's located in a very scenic area right below Mt. Shasta. The bathroom is comletely remodelled - very nice! Rooms are facing the Mount Shasta - away from the highway, so very silent rooms. Loved the decor. Swimming and hot tub so great after a day of skiing . Very sweet staff...front desk and resturant. rooms were very modern and up to date. Breakfast was included which was excellent with lots of choices. Staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Close to grocery store. Great indoor pool. easy access, comfortable, the smell of all the wood on the walls. lounge and pleasant staff. Food was excellent. View was amazing. Easy access on and off I-5. The design was nice and cozy, the view of Mt Shasta was amazing. Complimentary breakfast buffet, mountain view, comfortable rooms. Gina at the front desk was excellent. Appreciated the laundry. Location and funs. Breakfast service and restaurant. Everything was great, loved the breakfast. Very clean and Lodge style hotel. Like the pool and the location. everything pretty much!!. Swimming pool & SPA. View of Mount Shasta. the overall comfort, the swimming pool and spa, the grill/restaurant. We have stopped her more than once and only once did we get a room that was sub par. The heater and refrigerator in our room was noisy at night but that was the only negative and a pretty small one. No complaints at all. Will definitely return. Nothing. There was nothing that we didn't like. typical american fast food/instant breakfast. Can't wait to go back!. Toilet did not flush and stop the water all the time. construction. Lack of king size beds. The price for a best western was very high. Beds were soft. Noise and smork made by hotel (construction) staff in 1st flloor back yard early morning. I needed my kids to get out of balcony (3rd floor) to avoid passive smorking. Somewhat dated. Especially the carpeting. Can"t think of a thing. Breakfasts were all the same during the 4 days we stayed. proximity to freeway (noise), limited view on Mt Shasta... Did not get the room I booked.
