The staff were fantastic. My sister and I were in a hire car which broke down and the motel owner's son really helped us out. The owners recommended the best spots to visit and were very welcoming and friendly. Coffee was available all day and muffins were available from 6am-9am which would cover most people. This service was not routinely provided by all motels we visited. I also like the fact that the bathroom and changing facilities in our room were in a different area from the bedroom which.

I plan on coming back for stay during Christmas. Yhanks a lot I really enjoyed my stay at the Brooks Motor Inn. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was very friendly. Worth the money. Very clean. The wifi was the best I have ever encountered while traveling. The next time I go to Missoula, I will be staying at Brooks Motor Inn. The property is a bit old, and our windows only locked with a long stick like a sliding glass door, but the room was spotless, the beds comfy and the price was definitely right. very large ,clean room with acres of glass looking out onto the mountains to the south and west of the city. very comfortable bed and all very clean. I was in room 509. It filled our needs very well and has a longer stay policy. We are already planning on a return trip to the area and using this motel for the stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean! Brooks St. Motor Inn is the best hotel we have stayed in and it's budget friendly!. The staff was efficient and friendly. I only fault I had with my roon was the fact that the carpet was somewhat dirty with grim and dirt. But other then that the room was really clean. There was no in-room coffee maker and the front desk person didn't have coffee ready by 5:00am which is when we get up. Not a big deal as there was a gas station/mini-mart right next door. the traffic noise. the decor is not to my taste. no coffee maker in the room. We have no complaints. If a person is looking for a fancy motel this is not it but if you want a solid motel with good service you will like this. Dark room. A little fridge for the MGD would be cool. We would have been even happier if the room had included a microwave and a small fridge. The carpet was old and very stained. Very dated Tiny CRT TV Bedspreads are ugly Lampshades still had the cellophane plastic on it - that was actually pretty funny. No coffee maker in the room. The sound of the shower upstairs was deafening in our room. The tv was too small and it was not a flat screen. The carpet should be replaced. A little noisy in the early morning. Traffic noise. Lack of a blow dryer!!! No fridge No clock radio Had trouble opening shampoo packet; a bottle would have been appreciated. Stain on carpet. Not a huge deal to me. The pillows were too soft. no wi-fi. wish you had a pool and hot tub. No coffee in the room. No Microwave :(. Towels to small. nothing. TV too small. needed a bath mat and additional towel. no chain lock on doors. How does a hotel not have Internet?. Had to walk outside in the rain 200+Ft to a seperate bldg for coffee/ice at front desk. Slightly shabby overall. For example, our night table was covered with peeling Mactac. Small, old TV. Tired, thin pillows, wobbly bed. 60's vintage plumbing. Hey, baby blue sink can be quite attractive. No real breakfast, just coffee and low quality coffee cake. No frig or microwave in room. First nite had a very troublesome group on floor above us. Little annoyances - needed to flip a wall switch for tv, microwave, and refrigerator to work (spoiled our left-overs from dinner). Time for carpet to be replaced. No hairdryer. I know i had dogs, but the room has hugh stains on the floor by the door and smelt. the Tv was so out dated, you had to sit on the edge of the bed to watch. a bit noisy. Carpet in room 711 not clean enough. breakfast. The AC was excessively noisy. The blinds we safety pinned together so they didn't open but they still let in lots of light. The motel is well its prime time but OK as budget accommodation. Though didn't realise you had to specify if you wanted a fridge in the room. All other motels are equipped with one. Breakfast a joke. WiFi didn´t work. Only with open door and good luck. Didn't like the location. Was not impressed with the 1960 broken fixtures and bed that is 30 years past its prime for value i feel ripped off by 60% Thank you for the great memories of MISSOULA MT.
