  My Husband and I stayed at the Luau the week of Aug. 1 ,2013. We usually stay at the Hilton ,however, they we booked. The closest thing was the Luau. If your looking for a friendly helpful staff this is not the place to stay.   i loved the location. The hotel service was extremely slow when calling front desk. I wish there was room service available and people to help with luggage. I wish it was more customer service driven!!! Kids were kinda bored at hotel!   We liked everything about this resort. Beautiful room, great staff, great food, and beautiful beach. We were there on a family vacation and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend to others. - The facility, amenities and proximity to all the attractions on the resort property was great.
