Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attended with our request very promptly. We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

Nice not having to share the mirror with a separate makeup area. i would definitely come back here. Great downtown location. lobby area was large and inviting. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful.I was given a room upgrade which included the continental breakfast which was superb.I will stay there again on a return visit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable with our trip to the metrodome room was very clean and surpassed our expectations will definitely stay there again thank you very much Javier Garcia ,Chicago, Il. the queitness of the hotel...there were younger adults staying there but I never heard a word...Breakfast was WONDERFUL and the lady that brought it to my room was very pleasant and friendly. Loved the food, both at the restaraunt and room service. City views were great! Staff was very nice. Will definitely stay there again. I especially enjoy the access on and off of Nicollete. We like the decore, the open and relaxing feeling. The quite rooms. The location. We really would like to know what the light fixtures represented. Your staff was unable to answer. The Lobby was very nice, & parking was easy. I loved the park & walkways out back of the Hotel. It was pet friendly! rooms were clean & bathroom large & updated. Everything! The staff, the room, bed, linens. Had a wonderful time with family in the living room area. We were able to entertain as if we were home. It's modern, the staff was amazing. We were all treated like VIP's the whole weekend. The staff went out of the there way to make sure we were happy!. Minneapolis is so big, so I can't understand why we need to pay for parking when there is so much land out there.... The parking, should have a bigger sign so you know to bring your ticket inside with you to pay in the machine. No free wi-fi. Didn't experience that!...I will stay again!. I had to ask for more towels & for the room to be vacuumed.I wish there was a Whirlpool & the swimming pool was larger. Didn't have a refrigerator eventhough it stated it on the online receipt. We brought a cooler and just had to keep it stocked with ice. The naked women who crazed into our hotel room. Reminder make sure your door is shut. The cost for parking. The beggars on the street right next to the hotel. Our final bill was $50 more than they told us it would be. They charge you to have a refrigerator; the thermostat said 50, but I couldn't get the room cooler than 75; there was no microwave available anywhere to heat up my food. Decor of room rather bland; needed more and larger artwork on the walls and a mirror in the bedroom of the suite. Parking. Fee for in-room internet. I thought there would be a fridge in the room, and had brought some food with me. But I was able to put it on ice. complimentary facilities not informed. Had no room with a bed when we arrived. Slept or tried to sleep in a hide a bed in a parlor room. Quality of the hide a bed was really below par. Could feel the coils beneath the mattress. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Parking was expensive. The lack of a fridge in the room. I can't believe that after paying a lot of money for a business suite, you'll need to pay extra money to have internet access in your room (and not only in the lobby). It will be nice a bathtub in the bathroom (and not just a shower). • broken light fixture • faucet was running in the bathtub at arrival, presumably to wash out the bottom of the tub which was dirty. Nothing. Ventilation poor in lavatory and rooms. Too expensive for the facility. Everything comes at an additional cost. No fridge in the room. Parking fees. No window to see outside, was overlooking pool area. No problems. I never received the items I called and requested sent to my room. We were ignored at the restaurant in the hotel. I wasn't privey to the Hyatt's breakfast plan. We were very dissatisfied with letsbookhotel.com's no cancellation policy. It's a deal breaker for me. The bed was too firm. Go to tempur pedic. The firmness is so Mich we may not stay again. Lobby was freezing, ate at restaurant had to wear our coats,prices were too high. Had to pay to park and walk a mile. Parking fees. Loosing Spikes. nothing. I had scanned and emailed credit card information. My credit card was hacked the same day. I thought the information would be secure. high priced cocktails no morning bar service[bloody marys, screwdrivers, coffee and baileys]. It is big and has a convention hotel feel. But given that orientation, it is still nice enough and can be a good value. Paying for parking. i didn't like that was reservation was not already their when i arrived as of what the staff of the hotel told me,.
