  Do not believe everything you read about this hotel!! I would recommendthis hotel. My stay was very nice. The location is perfect for thebeach, eating, shopping etc. When I arrived at the hotel I was veryupset because my luggage was lost in atl. The staff was very helpful andfriendly.   Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading.   The front office staff, particulary Alexandra and Venera(I hope i spelled that correctly) where extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are HUGE for a hotel. They have have been completely refurbished and are are now modern in decor and very contemporary. The beds are medium to firm and very comfortable ( for our likes).
