What I liked best was the the prices on food. A big problem in Vegas. Also the food was excellent. I also liked the fact you have both older slots and new ones. security on the premises seems good and well-lit.The staff is friendly, such as at the gift shop and the front desk not in a professional way but in a person to person way. Easy access off of I-15. Parking in front of room. Complete buildings of smoke free rooms. Instead of using comforters or duvets they top the blankets with sheets that are washed with each make up of the room.

She was most polite, welcoming & professional despite the influx of a great number of travelers at the reception area on Sunday, March 31. Being able to park close to our room. A good elevator and a short walking distance to get to our room. Easy check-in. Clean room and decent beds + new carpet. it was well organized,i always stay there at the virgin river.its been 10-15 times ive been there.probably a month and a half .total stay time. I loved the casino and motel rooms. Restaurant was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Loved the pool which we enjoyed every day. all was perfect : comfortable, restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in the hotel is very good, the staff very friendly. Every member of the staff was very polite and eager to help! Cleanliness was GREAT! Food at the buffet was good too. The hotel was very clean and maintained. Often I find that budget hotels are not as maintained as well as this one. We have stayed there several times over the years. Your Buffet is delicious, with a great variety of foods. The morning buffet was good. The overall main casino was nice. The price is very reasonable for the room. Great room rates and casino was enjoyable. Restaurant offered very good meal at an excellent price. was nice to get away from the worries of the world for a few days-relaxing in the hot tub was nice!. Planning the trip and reserving the room. No hassel, just what a person would expect. Loved it!. Excellent value for money, quiet rooms away from the casino. Excellent quality food. The staff was great! We had a special request and it was handled with no problems!. We loved your buffet & found the entire casino very pleasing. We will be back. Played the slots, won!. Our room was nice & it looked like it had been renovated abit. Stayed there before. Staff is great and we will stay there again. The gift shop got smaller, The movie house closed, not enough handicap parking and no place to sit outside out of the sun. They charge for WiFi. Heavy smoking throughout the casino area.. some which wafted into the eating areas. The strong smoke smell in the casino was extremely hard to take. I got a headache every time I spent a long time in the casino. - the cigarette smell in the casino as you have to go through to check in, to check out, to go to the restaurant. Reserved two rooms. In one of the rooms had a broken A/C and the hotel quickly put them in the room on the other side of me. It was quickly resolved and very helpful!. I have grown accustomed to having larger, flat panel TV's but not in this price range. I would rather have the price range than the tv but it would have been a nice perk. Even though our room was said to be newly remodelled, it still had the 50's aqua blue counter in the bathroom and a lilttle TV. Would be nice to have lighting by the bed that is on the opposite side of the night stand. No room personal hygiene amenities. The generic soap dispenser in the shower was empty so it was a good thing I had my own shower goodies. I have stayed before and I would not hesitate to return. didn't realize till checking out that there was free wireless in the rooms!. Loved everything, no complaints. Long queue at check-in. nothing. Wish there was a fridge in room. There were some very noisy people outside our room very late at night, but they settled down after a few minutes of noise. The fact that it does not have a fridge. No room service, the TV was very small. Its not a big deal but i would like to know when i come down next year that i have a smoking room. The room we were in (and I imagine other rooms in the building we were in) were in need of renovation, but comfortable. Desk staff could not provide a printed copy of my reservation at the time of check-in, which I prefer to receive whenever I submit my credit card to be processed. Excessive dirt on floor in pet room. The smoke alarm going off at 5am...& continuing & continuing.... No flat screen tv. Could not get ice - out of supply. Rooms outdated. The beds. some inconsiderate guests which you have no control over. disliked how I was treated by security staff member and how management responded to it. No coffee pot. Registration desk in smoke filled casino. Tight machines - couldn't seem to win anything. Ac unit a bit loud. ice for drinks was hard to find. nothing. All motels-hotels come with wireless hookups and I was irritated that I had to pay $10.00 a night for a hook up because that made the price of the hotel the same as everywhere else in town. I will probably stay somewhere where wireless is available. no dislikes. nothing.
