  We loved the big, cosy fireplace in the comfortable, spacious lobby. Plus they had relaxing big band music playing and not too loud. The rooms were clean and spacious and a hot breakfast was included. We stayed here to ski at Killington Mtn. which was 10 min. away.   The staff and ambiance was amazing. I came with my wife and son for a Spartan Race. The front desk woman was amazing and was so helpful. I will always come back here because of their kindness. They had a waffle maker and fresh coffee. - very friendly staff, though it's more a resort for wintersport we got a lot of information and maps about hikingtrails,about suitable restaurants.They dryed my wetshoes (after havy rainfall).   It was so beautifully decorated and unbelievably cozy. The rooms were simple but so clean. It was actually nice to have no TV. Instead there was an iPod doc so we could listen to our music.   Comfortable beds. Daughter enjoyed pool n spa. Missed breakfast but smelled good. Parking was challenging w the snow but manageable Would have enjoyed wine cheese and crackers at night but would have had to drive too far. - I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and the value per dollar at Cortina Inn is one of the best ever.
