Accomodations were much nicer than I expected...flat screen tv hdmi inputs... nice floors... overall clean appearance.staff was freindly... called and asked if my room was to my likeing...assisted me with the atm machine in the lobby. Close by local attractions.. 10 mins away from the Queen Mary.
The room was exactly as destined and the staff was very friendly.

The decor.
Nothing, It was in "scary town".
The staff was very helpful.
Twice our room key didn't work after a long day having to get new keys then walk back to get in our room.
No breakfast (it was not supposed to be included).
The position is not comfortable, on a high trafic Street (no trafic noise anyway).
Beds were very uncomfortable.
The air vents and AC needed cleaning(dusty).
Bedspread looked like someone had a good time on them and the Stains are still on them. Parking stalls way to small, so if you have a nice car you better pray someone doesn't hit it. Just not a good area and cheap interior and bedding was gross.
The bathroom was to small and the water in the bath tub won't drain. Not enough storage room, the hard wood floor was very dirty. All night long you can hear people talking outside. People never sleeps in that area, lots of foot traffic. Also parking is really bad know room for a big SUV. I will never stay there again.
