  The ambieance of the facility, the very friendly and helpful staff. The view and value of the price for the room and wonderful breakfast that came with it. Just an overall wonderful experience that was initially unplanned and immediately after we arrived we checked into the availability to stay another night. - The secluded seaside location. The poolhouse very lux. Breakfast was fresh and fab.

  The Black Horse Inn is a cross between a B&B and a motel. It's a relatively new building, so everything works properly, as one would expect in a well-run motel, but the rooms and setting are more comfortable, more like a B&B. Fran, the new owner, is a remarkable host, and if you speak even a little Italian, s - we stayed at the Inn for week in June and found it most quaint. From the moment we arrived , Fran, the Inn keeper/owner was most gracious, escorting us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, to a wonderful more than continental breakfast daily We felt more like we stayed at a Bed and Breakfast rather than just a hotel. The Inn was very clean and the gardens beautiful. We would highly recommend staying at The Black Horse as it also centrally located to many coastal de
