Rooms were large and fairly clean. A little dusty but nothing I couldn't live with for the price. Good location with many restaurants and gas stations in the area. Beds were a little firm for my comfort but they were clean and no bed bugs!. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of choices, and things were readily replaced if they ran low. Overall, it was a very good value for the money.
kaikki arvostelut » My wife & I were traveling with adult children and wanted a reasonably priced place to sleep. This filled that requirement. The complimentary breakfast met our needs. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Size of rooms, outdoor pool and hot tub , pet friendy, staff accomodated our wishes of having a ground floor room, nearby parking . Lots of restaurants nearby. I liked everything—especially the modern and clean bathroom—except for two things, explained in the other box. The breakfast was decent, too. Good location just off Interstate Hwy. Close to shopping and easy access to Lexington. Breakfast and clean rooms. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and doctor's offices. Comfort of the room. Quiet safe handy to cafes, shopping, freeways Easy to access. Nice spacious room. Large room, quiet, clean, great staff, and the price was great. The smoking rooms are in the back of the building and you can't pick up wi-fi. We had a problem every morning with not enough hot water, regardless of the time. Even beginning a shower at 5:30 am was not a guarantee that the hot water would last beyond 5-6 minutes. The in room air conditioning unit was quite loud. The facility is older and tired. Toilet seat wrong size, coffee maker was in bathroom and exposed hardware in bathroom( needed updating). The first room I was put in had no wi-fi access even though the motel advertised wi-fi in every room. When I asked if I could be moved to a different room, the night clerk was rude and unprofessional. Beds were not the best. TV is old. continental breakfast was not very good and the coffee was terrible. Was unable to get internet service after I was told I would have it. We never figured out how to turn the shower on, so had to take a bath. The heater was very noisy. Could use renovation. Doors to the outside from the hallway that required key entry didn't latch all the way so anyone could get in. No elevator if you have a lot of luggage to carry to the second floor. Pool not open early and closed late. Downstairs computer needs to be cleaned up; control panel locked; sped up. Breakfast needs some sausage and eggs. Open sauna if it is the mystery door in hot tub room. Freezers need to be defrosted regularly (to fit items in). nothing. Breakfast was ok but sparse. The key card kept losing its magnetism. I had to have the card re-done multiple times. Room smelled a little bit like chlorine...was above the pool area...we purchased some Febreeze and it was fine after that. Not enough parking. Location to restaurants. The breakfast and coffee was not satisfactory. The TV was outdated. My nonsmoking room reaked of smoke smell.. I had to get some fabriez to help with the smell.. In our "suite" the carpet was stained and very worn. In a few areas pieces were cut out & replaced. Each room needed painting. The bathroom was very outdated and worn out as well. When we arrived they had no knowledge of our booking through letsbookhotel.com luckily I had a conf number and luckily they had rooms left or we would have been out of luck. There was somebody in my room when I went in there. Also I requested a late check out to noon they first said fine when I checked in . So I got a phone call saying i had to leave by 11 am some miss communication. Room 111 was next to stairs and when anyone went up the stairs, the entire wall of our room shook. All hours of the night. Never again....
