  Decor was bright and made the room a pleasant place to stay. Comfortable bed, pillows ok, temperature adjustment was unique and accurate. Bar on site was a nice surprise. Kuerig coffee maker a pleasant surprise but need more than one little pod for each person.   The colonial village décor of the hotel makes on feel so comfortable. The inside courtyards are a pleasure to walk through. The staff are all courteous and most helpful. The restaurants are excellent. The food is delicious and plentiful and the service is exceptional.   When I arrived at 11pm, Ed at the front desk ensured I was happy with my room when the Firestone was not to my liking. Also, Olga, the chief housekeeper ensured that an additional item I needed for the bath due to an old injury, was provided. I believe I had very good value for money - Loved having a poolside room for the kids. LOVED the great breakfast buffet- lots of choices and everything hot and fresh-something for everyone. Enjoyed sitting alongside the pool area as well. Close to everything we needed. Problem with the toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently.
