  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. - Everything. Getting downtown was easy with shuttle service provided by hotel, and the drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of hot water for the shower! Very easy to get to points in Metro Seattle. Breakfast in the room very good an inexpensive. Grocery shopping one block away, lots of small restaurants nearby, also.

  We were treated incredibly well. We noted we were on our 40th Anniversary so were upgraded to the jacuzzi King room~so special. Upon returning to our room from an outing, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and congratulations card!
