  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet.
