  We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient.   We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! The Decoy bar and Tula's restaurant had pleasant atmospheres and good selections. - The staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and very nice. The restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back. I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there again in a minute.

  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.
