  Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room in terms of furnishings and comfort was impeccable, something I would probably expect from higher end hotels. The room was always clean as well. The location was excellent because it was very close to the downtown area and many other areas of interest.   The staff was amazing. Especially the 'Breakfast Ambassador' ladies, they were so friendly and helpful to us - we had to leave very early in the morning to travel home and they certainly got our day off to a great start! The hotel facilities were really nice and very clean. Our room was a small suite and suited us perfectly. I really can't say enough about the staff: from the front des - Service & location. Employees were awesome & you could tell they like their job. Very helpful and accommodating. Tommy (Shuttle Driver) went above and beyond for me and my partner, staying after his work hour to make sure we were picked up from the Philip's Arena after a late concert. Valets were also very helpful and friendly (several of them, but not sure of their names). Person in charge of Valet on the morning of 6/11 around 9:15 A.M. was great!

  Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome stay and will return next month for the Rihanna concert! There was a mishap with my reservation but the front desk lady fixed it immediately and upgraded me to a suite for the inconvience! Security was also helpful on our last night staying!   This hotel was a good value. It is located right in the downtown district of Atlanta. We stayed in a queen suite. The room was nice, it was a bit small but it had a stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink and dishes which was very convenient. The couch was a weird material but nothing crazy.   Staff at this hotel are fantastic. Must be the friendliest and most customer focused I've encountered. On checking out we were served by Brian the Assistant General Manager and advised him we would be getting the matra (underground/metro) back to the airport later that day. This level of customer service was throughout the hotel from the valets, bar sta - The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you get to anywhere you would like to go. There is a younger gentleman that is valet. I swear that boy works all the time. Every single time we went down there he was there. We loved the location. It was close to everything and we walked mostly everywhere. I will say that the better walk would be down peachtree and through the park. Over all great place to stay. Would deff. Stay there again!!!

  Loved the pool the rooms were WONDERFUL!!!. I enjoyed everything was walkin distance so it wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly n sweet Love this hotel I will choose this when I'm in atlanta again - The staff was kind and courteous. The entire hotel was nicely renovated and the room was very nice and clean. The housekeepers did a great job.
