  Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. Also the customer relations lady from Slovenia was amazing. Rooms are very comfortable and good size.   On arrival to the London NYC Hotel, I was greeted by friendly doormen and reception staff. My room was a one bedroom with separate lounge which was spacious and clean. A walk in central park during the day is a mus - This is my favorite hotel in New York. It's among the best and most comfortable also. The rooms and finishes are all new. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms immaculate. The rooms are all spacious suites-an unusual luxury for New York. Very impressed. I stay here all the time when I'm in the city.

  Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.
