  The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. The hotel has nothing special, but really has everithing you need: clean, confortable, nice staff, gym, lounge with printer and pc and complimentarey (and good) coffee, free wifi, complimentary wate... mitä ihmiset sanovat » r... We went as tourist for a long week-end and were complitely satisfied, but I would also consider this hotel for business trip. - Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

  Had a three night stay at The Gotham Hotel and feel I received good value for the money. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests. The room had a comfortable king size bed with nice linens and an up-dated bathroom with an over-sized shower.   I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!
