  The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and the size of the room was good by NY standards. The location was fabulous for shopping. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.   The Hotel was very good for me, I was not expecting the good surprise, considering that I made the booking in less than a week. I arrived at the hotel at 08h30am after travelling for 24h between flights and stopovers and I desperately needed a shower. Wifi in every room so when travellers that come from far away wake early in the morning because your time clock is all screwed up, you can go on the Internet and check out things to do in New York.   Location was just amazing!!! Concierge service was fantastic as was the room device/bellboy service. Particular mention of concierge Carolyn, and Papa in lobby. The room was large, clean, and well-appointed; I liked the added touch of an assortment of books in the room for guests. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
