  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms.   Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone.   From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  I liked the views of the lake...they were exquisite. The room was large and comfortable including a minibar and a little kitchenette (sink only). The closet was spacious and the shower head had good pressure. The whole bathroom was really nice. Also, I like the fact that as a guest I have full access to the exercise and locker room facilities. They rang forward to reception and announced that Ms Graham had arrived - a nice rock star touch with the practical benefit that all my paperwork was ready to go at the check in desk.
