  The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Very good value and location was superb, right on the Magnificent Mile.   I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and really convenient in the morning before going sightseeing. Had a great variety of food and drink. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful.   Outstanding stay. Check in was awesome with great assitance from Pedro. Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a $14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in. Comfortable beds, accessable lighting, great dining area with turn out tab... mitä ihmiset sanovat » le. Was the most enjouable stay I have had in Chicago and I have stayed in over 2 dozen hotels some 3 times the price. - Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby. Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

  The location was great, right on the river. The rooms were very clean and confortable and I enjoyed returning to a clean room everytime I got back to the hotel. I especially like the elevator security, one has to swipe your room key inorder to go to a hotel floor.   Loved Chicago from the Navy Pier to the museums,the variety of entertainment, the walk-ability of the city, Millennium park, loved it all. The bed was comfortable, and the bed linens were good quality and soft. The room was nicely furnished except for a strange plastic, snake-skin covered wing back chair. A table or another place for toiletries would h - Hotel Sax was right in Marina City. There was a little grocery store close by. Several restuarants within walking distance including Chicago's House of Blues and Dick's last resort. I was great to walk just a few steps and look at the Chicago river flowing by. I loved and and will go there again.

  Loved the location as this lovely boutique hotel is a walking distance from subway, nice restaurants and cafés and all the shopping. At my arrival by cab, I was greeted with such a beautiful smile by the concierge boy /porter, which already gave the ton of the welcoming professional and friendly staff I was about to get for my stay at Felix. As for - I've stayed at a different hotel my last four trips to Chicago, because I just can't find the right place. I finally found it. Hotel Felix is clean, quiet, stylish, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient. This was a great find and I'll stay here on future visits, for sure!
