Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar.
