  The location was great. Hilton is directly attached to the convention centre and it is within walking distance of San Pedro Square, which holds a variety of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly - it was all good. I would stay there again.

  The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant in the halls and always greeted us with warm smiles and conversation. I'm going back to San Jose a couple of times next year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. - Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. We have relatives in San Jose and visit often.   Courtous staff, great location for attending HP pavillion show. More ammenities than expected- hairdryer, microwave, coffee, tea, refridge. - Good price. Air conditioning worked well. We had a quiet room on the back side of the property so we did not hear street traffic.
