There are complimentary drinks every evening for residences in the Bar.They have a shuttle bus to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius.   I had several special requests prior to and during our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and truly did everything to make things work as I requested. Elizabeth was sweet and good natured and handled things very professionally and with kindness. He did so with such grace that I was truly impressed. In fact, every one - I liked the proximity to the Arts Center and to the Amway center - less than 10 minute walk, safe and easy. It is the perfect hotel to go to an event at the Amway. All the staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the dining options at the pub were good (cheap pizza, or real entrees). The beds were super comfortable!

  Loved the corner location overlooking Lake Eola and the cool park.We had two windows! Panera Bread downstairs was very popular. Loved the easy walking to lots of hip restaurants.   After reading some of the comments, I wasn't sure what to expect. My son was on a business trip and I tagged along. Immediately we were greeted by Jose, with a warm smile who set us up with our room. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. Checked the beds and the bath room for any bugs. None.
