The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  the rooms were great, clean and quiet with comfortable bedding. We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals. The location was great also, within walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to - My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
