I loved the staff as well as the hotel. Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to check out. Close to Bourbon and within walking distance of alot of shops. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the comfortable beds andthe ease of checking in and out. A bit too much "work" going on in lobby and out front
throughout the stay - I know such must occur, but perhaps some small
discount/accomodation is in order for those who endure it. Still not
too big a deal for me, but something to think about. Also disappointed
as a gold member that letsbookhotel.com had a cheaper rate than through the
Hilton Honors website - did not understand that

I loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. I use to live in New Orleans, but this was my husband's first visit and we had a blast. The staff is very attentive and they even left a special gift in our room once they found out it was my birthday! Great location & Great modern hotel!

Excellent front desk staff member Jason really made my stay a good one.
The special touch of a collection of my favourite snacks for my second
stay there value-added to the whole experience. The location was
excellent and safe for getting to and from the french quarters and the
convention centre. The cafe red gravy down the road was a fantastic
place for breakfast each morning!
