  Without exaggeration, the most immaculate and luxurious hotel suite I've ever stayed in - in fact, I thought the staff had mistakenly upgraded me when I first opened the door, as the price was so reasonable! Stuffis extremely friendly and helpful and will answer any question you have. I can not even understand how those guys from security have the power to talk and be so friendly to every guest of the gotel give you both the feeling of hospitality

One day during our stay the pool had to be closed for a few hours unexpectedly while it was treated with chemicals.   I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  Comparatively small hotel right off the strip, which was a great location, because you were tucked away from all of the craziness a little bit but you could get to it in under 5 minutes if you wanted to. It is basically beside the MGM so you know you're not far away. Room was beautiful , big and clean. Pool area loses the sun in early aft - We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money. Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

  Stay at this hotel was GREAT! Our flight arrive early around 10-11am we got to check in early (suite was avail). The suite we booked was nice and spacious,very clean with a nice view! Suite had everything we needed (fridge,microwave etc). Was also close to the strip (like a 2 min walk just cross the street an your on the strip). There were 4 of us on our party (my sister and I and our elderly parents) so we were looking for a condo with lots of space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is connected to the Cosmopolitain and uses its parking garage (just enter the Cosmopolitan parking and go down to level b3, the Jockey elevators are in the middle of the floor).
