  Excellent location for Boston and Cambridge, easy short commute to both using the T, which stops 50 metres away. All of MIT campus in close walking distance. Price compares very favourably with higher end hotels. Room spacious and very clean, beds high quality and comfortable, lots of pillows/blankets. They loaned us an umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated. Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of goodies in our room when w

  Location was fantastic. We stayed for a visit to a show at the House of Blues near Fenway on St. Patrick's Day. Staying in Cambridge was totally great, avoiding the craziness, but giving us some great pub visits at Tommy Doyles and the Druid in walking distance. Comfy beds we both were so surprised about and great pillows. All the staff morning and night - I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!

  The location was excellent, easily walkable to loads of super places around Boston. Didn't have a car so couldn't comment on the parking, but would book if possible as there was very little space nearby. Was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. This isn't a hotel you'd come to and luxuriate in your room, more of a basecamp for an adventure in Bos... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ton. But for that purpose it was excellent. For the location you'd be hard pressed to find another hotel for anywhere near this sort of price (double - It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.
